From when I first met them at the house to handing over the final payment, Emily and Jeanine have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them on future projects. Emily and Jeanine along with their team, did our kitchen, bath, and floors of our house (2 bedroom / 1 bath). Like many others, I was initially worried about three things: the timeline, the cost, and the trust in them to help us with our first remodel. Every step of the way Emily and Jeanine answered any of our questions or concerns within a moment's notice and never did I feel like I was waiting for a response. The project took a little more than 2 months, which was exactly what they told us from the beginning. In addition, the initial budget that we agreed upon was met to the exact dollar (only changing due to us having them do additional work that was not initially in the scope of work). Now three months later and being able to host our first holiday party, I cannot thank and recommend JEM and their team enough.

Jeanine the owner is very quick with responding with my husband when we are trying to look for remodeling companies to work with. JEM Remodel & Construction did our kitchen and all bathrooms remodeling. I wanted to acknowledge Emily for being so hands on in all aspects of the job requires with excellent workmanship. She quickly responds to concerns and definitely great with troubleshooting. Highly recommending them! Work is efficient and in timely manner, there may be some rescheduling but with acceptable reasons such as depending on appliance delivery. Therefore, communication is what we just always wanted from them and they definitely update us on time. You just have to let them know what you need/want from them so they are aware of your expectations. Also with cost I can say it is on the reasonable quote and end result met all my expectations. Kitchen now is bright and modern clean looking. Definitely been more inspired to be cooking and baking more than before. Same as our bathroom nice and neat very minimalist. All their workers are very professional. I would definitely recommend them and we will for sure use JEM again in the future for other parts of our house!

On time, on budget & looks amazing! Probably that's enough said but I will add that Jeanine was great to work with. She handled our entire house remodel - kitchen, 2-1/2 baths, new floors throughout, painting & all the stuff that pulls everything together. Project has been complete for about a month. We've had no issues but I know if something comes up we can rely on Jeanine.

JEM Remodel was recommended to my wife and I by one of my good friend who had his home renovated by JEM. So I reached out to Jeanine (owner) via text to get a quote for my kitchen renovation. She was very responsive and came to my home a few days later. The quote was very competitive with the other quotes we had already received. Unfortunately, life happened and we didn't end up getting our kitchen done. This was pre-Covid. In February 2023, (3+ years later), I reached out to Jeanine via email to see if she can give me another quote. She remembered my wife and I and kept record of the original quote. She quickly got back to me with the new quote. Due to the current market, I expected the quote to be significantly higher. Thankfully, the quote was a lot lower than what we expected. She adjusted her quote to adjust to the current market cost but didn't try to overcharge. So we immediately agreed to go with JEM Remodel to do our kitchen renovation. The process took about 6 weeks to complete. It started in the beginning of March and ended mid April. From the demo to final inspection, the process was smooth. Jeanine kept us in the loop the entire time. If we had any issues or concerns, Jeanine would address them immediately. Her team was pleasant and easy to work with. My wife and I were extremely happy with the results. My wife has been begging for a new kitchen since we moved into our home in 2013 so it's great seeing her this happy. Now, if only I can get her to use the kitchen to cook more often :).

I have owned my house for 20+yrs and have never done anything to the house besides pay mortgage. As one can imagine, the house looks banged up and dated....then I started a family which motivated me to upgrade the living room and kitchen. Jeanine (JEM) was referred to me by a good friend. So I contacted Jeanine, she got back to me and scheduled an appointment. She came down and immediately made me feel at ease because she doesn't pressure u into getting work done, she's very open to your ideas and also willing to give advice. For example, I had an idea for the kitchen and she gave me pros and cons, she also gave suggestions that helped me save money....that tells you what kind of person she is, she's all about quality and not just making money from clients. With that said I have sent her dozens of clients and everyone came back with positive feedback. Looking forward to doing more upgrades on my house in the future because I know I'll be in good hands.
